31 October marks European Unequal Pay Day, the day from which women effectively work for free until the end of the year, because on average they earn 16 % less than their male colleagues. This is unacceptable. To raise awareness of this inequality, we encourage you to finish your work earlier that day and to join the PES Women team at the PES Headquarters at Rue Guimard 10 at 15:30 in the foyer of the building.
